Clint Easley serves as President and Owner of Utility Precast Products (UPP), steering the company’s corporate strategy, financial management, and long-term capital growth.

Established in 1999, UPP has served as a cornerstone of regional infrastructure for over two decades. Clint acquired the company in 2024 from its long-time founder, building upon its strong heritage while modernizing financial operations and scaling capabilities to meet expanding regional demand.

In his executive role, Clint oversees corporate finances, asset management, and strategic market positioning across South Central Kentucky, Southern Indiana  and Middle Tennessee. Under his leadership, UPP continues its legacy as a trusted partner and approved provider for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC), supplying heavy-duty utility structures, box culverts, and underground infrastructure for major commercial, municipal, and transportation projects.
